The Comox Valley Piano Society is now able to offer Members (excluding Community Members) and Non Members (professional musicians/ ensembles) the opportunity to use our online booking form to request the use of the CVPS grand piano for concerts, recitals, master classes and workshops in the Stan Hagen Theatre, North Island College. Please see details below regarding specific procedures of the society.
Member Piano Bookings & Rates (Music Teacher & Studio/Group Members):

Online Payment for Piano Bookings
Please select the appropriate options and click the Buy Now button. You will be redirected to the PayPal site to complete your transaction. You should receive a receipt from PayPal to the email address you provide.
Fee Schedule / Security for Member Piano Bookings
Note: Payment is due at the time of making the booking request and is only refundable if the date(s) submitted cannot be accommodated by North Island College.
Bookings open September 1st for recitals or workshops to be held between September 1st – February 28th. Bookings open January 1st for recitals or workshops to be held between March 1st – August 31st.
CVPS Music Teacher and Studio/Group Members, in good standing, may book the use of the piano through the CVPS contact person. Use our online request form to request a time.
Our contact person will book the piano through our NIC representative, and then confirm your booking or ask you to pick another date and/or time.
Non Member Piano Bookings & Rates (Professional Musicians/Ensembles):
| Concert (4 hrs – includes 1 rehearsal) | $90.00 |
| Second Night of Concert | $90.00 |
Non members must book the theatre directly through North Island College (see contact info below) and pay the rental fee for the theatre, and then book the piano through the CVPS. If you have already booked the theatre and are ready to make a request for the piano, click the button below.

Tuning the Piano
Booking for piano tuner (Robinson’s Piano Services) is made by the renter and payment is settled with Jordie Robinson.
